12+ years shipping across four continents and every kind of organizational chaos. I ran the program behind LIV Golf's move to a global ticketing partner, launched WeWork's first SaaS product from 0 to 1, owned the roadmap for the Harry Potter franchise's digital home, and helped Apple unify two digital properties.
🪄 How I work
Make the problem visible, then move it.
I came up in UX at Huge, so I use wireframes, flows and dependency maps as alignment tools. A picture everyone can argue with beats a status report nobody reads. Clear, frequent communication does the rest.
🧠 AI
AI is how I scale my own capacity.
On a live client program, I've automated the reporting layer, so my time goes to the decisions that need judgment. On the side, I've built two apps end to end with Claude Code and Cursor.
